Manaslu Tsum Valley Trek

  1. 28 Days

Grade:

Destination:Nepal

Activities:Trekking and Tour

Tsum valley is an isolated valley, located near the Manaslu region. As there are several ancient monasteries, this area is also known as the land of monasteries. In comparison to others, it is far remote but spectacular valley. The cultural appeal  of the Tsum Valley is incredible that is linked up with the Tibetan terrain. During the trek, you can enjoy the wonderful view of Mt. Manaslu (8156m), Buddha Himal and others.

Manaslu Tsum Valley Trek combines two different trails that are real form of adventure. Tsum valley trek goes through off-the-beaten trail where you can experience the living Buddhist culture and undisturbed wildlife, where people do not sacrifice animals. Tsumbas are the local people there, who have their unique and distinct tradition and traditional lifestyles. One of them include the polyandry system. After exploring the incredible Tsum valley, the trek leads you to the Manaslu region that includes the thrilling Larke pass (5160m). Crossing the charming villages as Sama Gaun, Samdo and others, it takes you to this challenging section of the trek. From this place, you can enjoy the astounding panoramas of the Manaslu peak, Buddha Himal, Himal Chuli and the Ganesh Himal. It descends to the Annapurna region, known as the Marshyangi valley and end the trek.

The restricted Manaslu region requires the restricted area trekking permits and same for the Tsum valley. Spiritual excursion P. Ltd organizes the TIMS card, permit and all the logistics, including guides and porters. Please, contact us for more details.
